Karalee’s Sweet Treets and Heidi Heaphy Photography each share a passion for creating unique and beautiful experiences for Oregon Coast weddings and elopements. This collaboration between Karalee and Heidi centered around a choctopus wedding cake, perfect for an Oregon Coast wedding, and a love-struck couple on their stormy coast wedding day. We find our seafaring groom, Jake, bringing in the choctopus wedding cake, for his saltwater bride, Lyndsay. She awaits and helps pull in the catch of the day. His love for the sea is great, but nothing compared to the love he feels for his coastal bride.

Heidi Heaphy Photography travels to many locations on the Oregon Coast for weddings, elopements, and portrait sessions. She is always willing to suggest locations for your own Oregon Coast wedding day depending on the tides or backdrop that you are looking for, knowing that each place along the Oregon Coast is unique and beautiful in its own way. It has become her goal to get familiar with every mile of the coast. Heidi has been photographing weddings for 5 years and loves to capture the intimate connection between a couple, the beauty and celebration of a wedding day, as well as the bond between families.

Karalee’s Sweet Treets, located at Gearhart Crossing in Gearhart, is addicted to cake…well, just about anything pretty and baked. Karalee is devoted to the art of baking, cake and confection design, cake pedestals, and just about anything sprinkle-covered. Since she was little, Karalee has had a love for cake and baked goods. It wasn’t until 2011 when she and her husband moved to the Coast, that she was fully able to explore and experiment with all things sweet and edible.
